Welcome to the ISKCON Hare Krishna Temple in Brooklyn New York – Sri Sri Radha Govinda Mandir.

Krishna who is known as Govinda, is the Supreme Godhead. He has an eternal blissful spiritual body. He is the origin of all. He has no other origin and He is the prime cause of all causes.

Sri-Sri Radha Govinda are uniquely special Deities with a rich history, with whom the devotees have fallen more and more deeply in love with, with each passing year. Their beautiful Lordships were given to Srila Prabhupada by the Maharani of Jaipur, Gayatri Devi, and after worshipping them he directed the deities to be sent to New York to be worshiped by the devotees here. Since February of 1972  many countless thousands of devotees have worshiped the sacred deities over the last 40 years.
